Recipe
Meat:
Eye of round roast (slice across the grain#2 on a meat slicer)
Dry ingredients:
2TBS Onion powder
2TBS Garlic powder
1 cup brown sugar
2TBS S.P.G (salt,pepper,garlic)
1TS all seasoning salt
Wet ingredients:
2 cups sou sauce
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients till well combined, put in ziplock baggie and message till well coated. put in frig for 24 hours or over night. pat dry with paper towels and put on racks and smoke @ 170 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours.
