SPICY BEEF JERKY

Recipe

Meat :

Eye of round roast (sliced across the grain #2 on a meat slicer)

Dry ingredients:

2 TBS S.P.G. (salt/pepper/garlic)

1/2 TBS Granulated onion

1/2 TBS Granulated garlic

2 TBS Jalapeno powder

1 TS Red pepper flakes

1 cup brown sugar

1 TS. Prague powder

Wet ingredients

2 cups Dr. Pepper

2 TBS Franks hot sauce

2 TBS worcestershire suace

2 TBS Soy sauce

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients till well combined, put in ziplock baggie and message till well coated. put in frig for 24 hours or over night. pat dry with paper towels and put on racks and smoke @ 170 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours.
